Awesome interview. This definitely sounds like we have a shot at resigning him. If we can’t get a reasonable return for him I say we take the gamble on hoping he resigns

How bout this?

http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y9rcolbf

I think iwondu will actually be really good in this leage, if we get lucky enough to get top 3 pick we can always grab another pg if need be but i believe thomas and rose like playing together just not in cleveland and thomas is a proven star and a legit scoring threat that we desperately need. I feel rose is worth a minor gamble

Curious to see the extension numbers on Lou Williams. The Clips approach to resetting is interesting.

Williams’ three-year extension will be worth $8MM annually, with a $1.5MM partial guarantee on the third year, per Mark Deeks of GiveMeSport.

That's crazy low, even though he's 31 years old. The market is super soft right now because of all of the salary cap issues.

I've had a theory that we have been trying to trade those 2 for over a year and nobody wants them.

Phoenix couldn't trade expiring contract Monroe.  The vucevic market is non-existent

Monroe's salary was $17M this year. It's possible Phoenix didn't want to take back that much salary...Not arguing that the market is probably pretty thin, but Vucevic is a better player than Monroe on an easier contract to move. The real issue is he has a broken hand and I don't know what team trying to make a push this season wants to trade for an injured player.
