the fourth pick has never won the lottery since it went to different odds.

the fifth pick has won the lottery about 19% of the time.

does that mean we should want the 4th pick because it's due?

or should we want the 5th pick because it's happened more?

(I know this isn't how math works)

lol if Rob doesn't get fired

Yeah reading that article, and ignoring other details and just going on face value, makes a strong case to letting Rob go.

there's rumors he's not even around the building anymore.

Like I said, he was fired 3 weeks ago.

At all? Damn. Then he already had his season ending meeting.

I wouldn't be mad if Butler was here but I don't know if I really want to give up a draft pick for him.

That's really all we have to offer. The Bulls would never take a package without it either.

When we traded Serge I put on my rose-tinted glasses and crossed my fingers hoping there would be some way that the stars could align to add Larry Sanders to our roster.

Now he's being dumped for also-D-Leaguer Walter Tavares. I'm not sure this is a world I am comfortable in. Sigh :panicworker:

Guys, whiteboard with trades was already finished weeks ago, our management is on vacation after job well done. Thats why Rob is not around, he is not gonna be fired, they are celebrating with Alex.

On a more serious note, I think we all agree this draft might be the single most important decision we will make in recent years, so I wouldnt be surprised if Rob was doing some scouting himself. If theres a chance hes not fired, theres not much to do these days other than scouting. (Assuming theres anything that can be scouted at this time, I dont know college basketball).

Hennigan would not comment about the loss in Chicago or about his job security when he was approached Tuesday afternoon while he, Martins, Magic coaches and about 200 other employees worked on a community-service project at Amway Center.

Two years ago, the Magic extended Hennigan’s contract to run through the 2017-18 season. The contract also includes a team option for the 2018-19 season.
