I kind of like the team as is -- we're losing very winnable games -- this team to me is a tweak away from getting to the playoffs. We're just missing a guy who can get clutch buckets -- Aaron is trying but isn't there yet -- none of the guys are.

It's highly unlikely for any team to go from "bottom dweller" to contending unless you get a player like Lebron.

 

Need to make the playoffs first and build off of that.
