While Green can be a bit dirty on occasion, he was not the main instigator or problem in this situation. And there was nothing flagrant there at all. Green should have just stood up really fast when Lebron was stupidly and awkwardly over him and made Lebron fall on his ass. That would have been funny as hell. For example, the NBA is influencing the outcome of the next game by suspending Green; now, GSW could still win because they are so good -- so in essence they aren't actually fixing it. If anything Vegas has been one of the very few authorities thwarting point shaving and the throwing of games. Put that team down early, call a few more questionable fouls the rest of the way to prevent a comeback, and you have affected the outcome of the game. But, we never saw that happen to us, did we?
