It's been a whopping 2 seasons, with two different coaches/schemes. Now he (and the rest of the team) will mostly be working on their 3rd coach/scheme in as many years. Henny has to have complete control. He's the only consistent aspect of this whole thing. He stands by Payton and Henny needs to be able to finish what he started.
