On a scale of 1-10...what are the odds that Harkless and Nicholson are in a Magic uniform by the time preseason begins? (10 being they will definitely be in a uniform...1 being they're out)

I think we keep Harkless, and I think we trade Nicholson, even if it is only for a second round pick.

This actually doesn't make a whole lot of sense mathematically. If there's an 80% chance Harkless is back and a 40% chance that Nicholson is back. the chance of both being back can't be greater than 40%.

Wow that's pretty surprising he wouldn't want the years with some injuries he's been having. I guess this way he hits FA again while still in his prime.

The Celtics also re-signed Jonas Jerebko for 2 years, 10 million. Those two deals make it difficult for Boston to offer Harris the max.

I'm sure there is some exception we could use to sign a cheap vet PG. Chances are that PG would be no better than Ridnour though.
