Josh Australian Magic fan 1 Report post Posted August 10, 2012 Does anyone know how long Harrington's contract is guaranteed for ? I think there is a buyout after this year but not 100% certain. I would have preferred to send out Q Rich instead Clark. I also don't get why we didn't just leave the Nuggets out and got Iggy instead of Affalo and Harrington ? He is an expiring at worst this season or we could have tried to trade him later in the season and picked up an extra pick or something. I feel we are in a bit of a no man's land after this trade as J Rich's contract is for less money and years then Affalo's. Maybe we can look to flip him to the Bulls for Hamilton and a first or to the Timberwolves for Derrick Williams. Not really excited about Moe Harkness or the late picks we get. The trade was horrible for Orlando. Houston's offer was better and so was the Nets. And to top it off...Howard becomes a Laker which in the long run is really bad for small market teams everywhere...not just Orlando. THAT ALONE should have kept Hennigan from trading to the Lakers especially considering your history of losing guys to that team already. It just makes NO sense. Hollinger says so. Woj implies it. SAS vehemently says so. Hell....almost anyone with any kind of basketball knowledge can see this. I wish you guys luck. I really do. But dump that GM as quickly as possible. He sucks. Go to your own teams forum! They would have said the exact same thing any trade we accepted. When you are held hostage, offers suck. Too bad whatever team you cheer for, didn't get Dwight. Go Away!
