I feel like he needs to sit down and have a good talk with a guy like Dirk. It takes a long time, hard work, team chemistry, coaching, and some luck to win a championship. These guys like Dwight and Lebron think just bc they are great individually that they should win immediately. News flash, life doesn't work that way....the best players don't always win (go ask Ewing or Reggie miller or Karl malone) . This immediate satisfaction they desire and the sense of entitlement is disheartening.
