That's true. The bigger issue people have with baseball is that the have-nots seem to be the have-nots for large amounts of time. The Pirates, Royals, Nationals, etc.

 

Oh, and the thing where the Yankees buy everyone. People hate that too.

 

The Nats will be very good soon enough. And what about the Phillies? The Phillies are the worst team in baseball, by a lot, and right now they have a good chance of winning it all. Baseball is a lot more even than perceived.
