Captain Hi-Top 791 Report post Posted June 28, 2010 LeBron James has been cloned, and his clones have rapidly aged through the first 20+ years so that they are now exact copies. He will sign with Chicago, NJ, Miami, and also remain in Cleveland. The East will now be the best conference in the League. ESPN and the rest of the talking heads will give no other teams a shot at winning the title. Because LBJ can not foul out of a game, Wade, Bosh, Rose, and whoever is on NJ when the season starts will spend a massive amount of time in foul trouble for the next season. NJ doesn't make the playoffs. Chicago looses in the first round to Orlando. Miami and Cleveland play each other in round two, with every game going into tripple overtime as everyone on both teams not named LeBron get tired of standing around watching James play against himself and end up sitting around halfcourt talking about the travel deals on Kanye West's newest venture. Meanwhile the rest of the NBA world realizes they are watching LeBron play with himself in public and change the channel out of shame. Eventually, LeBron loses, and refuses to shake hands with himself. Exhausted from round two, LeBron calls in sick for the ECF's. The rest of the team is in shock as they haven't really played ball all season, and the get swept by Orlando who is once again a "favorite" having reacquired Hedo. This despite the fact that Hedo goes on a party binge and isn't seen again on an NBA court after mid Novemeber when Orlando played against the Clippers in LA and half the arena was filled with Turkish nationals on hand to cheer on their favorite Turk. Orlando goes on to win the finals 5-3 against the Lakers. Yes, 5 games to 3. The league is so adamant that Orlando is not to win, they force an 8th game. BRich 56 Report post Posted June 28, 2010 A bunch of reporters are just throwing something out and hoping it sticks so they can say they were the "first to report it." In the last few days, the Knicks, Bulls, Nets, and Heat have been leading the pack to get LeBron. Winning with a superstar who is his peer will do nothing for LeBron's legacy. Winning with Bosh? Sure. But not Wade.

The worst part of all that is if there was cloning technology this story would actually come true.
UBBALLER8 248 Report post Posted June 28, 2010 LeBron's ego is too big to play with all those other great players. Playing with Bosh and or Wade in Miami is not what he needs to become the first billionaire athlete.

JRam027 26 Report post Posted June 28, 2010 This wouldn't work.. If they do team up and win like 5 rings then LeBron will only be known as the guy who couldn't win a ring by himself. He could only win with another hall of famer. Can he really stand for that? When the Bulls won in the 90s, Pippen was clearly second to MJ, so who's going to be second on this team? I can't see either player willingly going through the rest of their prime as the second best.
