Magic going in for Chris Paul

Recommended Posts

Some news I found about Chris Paul's recovery on injuries, while we're on the subject:

All I can say about Addi's post is, "Amen!"

I'm also scared of leaving the forum for any length of time.. by the time I get back this thread'll probably be on page 45, and I'd have an hour of reading to do... that would royally suck.

anyone know how Paul's BYC factors into this deal?

it wouldn't work currently. Because its the offseason they might allow a trade that doesn't truly occur until after july 1st.

for instance we make the trade, submit the paperwork, but it's not finalized until july 1st.

thanks

Not if I have anything to do with it.

If this does happen it's going to be interesting to read Dwight's comments afterward. Countless times he's talked about the talk he had with Jameer when they were drafted about putting Orlando on the map. Paul is a great player but something tells Dwight won't like not being able to finish what he and Jameer started here without Jameer.

Maybe, maybe not.. depends on how much rumors/speculation/news feeds the fire.

By the way, I love all these reporters and spinsters actually believing what Otis Smith says word for word. People are better off beliving the opposite, they'd be right more often.

As a matter of fact, now I think we might sell/trade the 29th pick just because he's saying he's gonna keep it.
