I'm not totally opposed to the idea of starting Ryan in place of Lewis and allowing him to heat up and bring Lewis off the bench, could be one of those tweaks that throws a monkey wrench in the oppositions game plan...We all know that SVG ain't doing that though, if Lewis is capable, he's starting which is probably...
