I think this guy just cant wait to be the first to announce Hego's new signing. The land of Cleve homer, said that the Raptors GM covets Hego and will stop short of nothing to obtain him.

Maybe Hidayet will join the Raptors to give them the team with the most unbelievably difficult names to pronounce. ie Pops Mensah-Bonsu, Roko Leni Ukic, Bargnani, Jawai. <----sound like the cast of star-trek-wars

Raptors can't get Turk without: a) S&T deal with Orlando and I see nothing (besides Bosh) that we'd want in return. Some might say Marion, but...meh. And, B) they'd have to renouce all of their FAs (maybe 4-5 guys) to get the cap to sign Turk outright. This option will leave them absolutely NO BENCH. Worse than us, lol.

Its funny i just went to a toronto mesg board, they all hated the thought of signing hedo...they were all saying they need defence and rebounding....most wanted ariza and odom....one said hedo wont get more than 8 mil for 4

Say toronto wants him and the only way to acquire him is in a sign and trade, but orlando wants nothing that the raptors offer.

 

Where does that leave Hedo and the Raptors?

 

And in this case does it all depend on what the magic decide?

I would take picks... I would also think hard about kalpoon their 3pt sf or a sg... We just need to sack assets... If we can get anything for hedo; it better then nothing...

 

I dont want to take to many contracts but we need role players...
