Since it is the winter season. I will give you all my Chili recipe. I just made some last night.

2 lbs of ground beef

2 cans chili beans

2 cans of black beans

About 2 table spoons of chili powder

My special ingredients :

Mrs T's Bloody Mary mix use about 2/3 - 3/4 of the bottle. Good substitute instead of using tomato paste.

Emeril's Essenece (about 3-4 table spoons)

When browning the meat use McCormick Steak seasoning.

Then just cook it all. I promise you will not have a better bowl of chili.

You know, if you use turkey bacon and maybe a low fat mozzarella cheese instead, it wouldn't be as bad. Drizzle alittle EVOO on there to make it even better. Some cracked peppercorn for flavor.

Ok, I'm being super serial right now: No more Rachel Ray for you.

Fool's Gold Loaf (Elvis' favorite)

eat_02.jpg

One entire loaf of italian bread is coated with two tablespoons of softened butter.

The bread is placed in a 350 degree (F) oven for approximately fifteen minutes or until loaf is browned.

The loaf is then halved along its length on one side.

The soft inside of the loaf is scraped away to allow room for the filling.

One whole jar of creamy peanut butter, one jar of grape jelly, and a pound of lean bacon, fried crispy and still warm, are layered inside the loaf.

Elvis knew how to partayyy
