he can do that outside of the NBA, Carlos is an excellent non-NBA talent...but his game never translated into the NBA because he wasn't allowed to hold the ball for 22 seconds and take 35 shots a night here...

Yes Carlos had a very good game against the Italian team Avellino, but the main thing is that he has become the undisputed team leader, regarded so by the players, the fans and the media.
