How can u seriously compare Vince to Kobe? Yeah they're close to the same age with less than a year difference but come one. One is still a superstar and the other isn't. Yes this is coming from someone who use think Vince was his favorite player (me). Like the other things said, injuries is an excuse if Kobe and others play through it. Yes there are plenty of other players better than Vince. Ray is also a great defender which we saw in the finals. Vince did choke at the free throw line too. We already have a player not producing in Lewis whom we're stuck with, we needed someone else to step up and at least give us over 20ppg.

Tracy is injury prone. If it's very little money I'd say yes.

I like Carlos but I'm not big on him coming here. He's like Bass and we haven't even utilized Bass (coaches decision). Obviously Carlos is better but If we gave Bass a shot I'm sure he could be even better as a player. We need Lewis moved to the 3 and or a punchy SG. Bosh would be an exception.

Hakeem is one of the best of all time. Pat might feel a bit funny about it but he shouldn't. Hakeem has stuff in his game that Ewing never had. Learning from more than 1 teacher is an advantage just like fighting.

I thought we were like at most 17 mill over the cap. Between Lewis and Carter that's like 38ish million if we didn't have them. Are you saying if we got rid of them now or one of them, we couldn't get someone else b/c we would have to continue paying their salary b/c nobody would take it outright?

Vince is still better offensively. I just would have taken him out earlier if he wasn't producing.

I voted Lewis also b/c he's not worth the money. I like him as a person but his contract kills us. We could get Wade or LeBron without his contract (minus- a few expendable players) and they would give us consistent superstar play. Vince would be my second choice for obvious reasons. Between the two, that's like 38ish million. As much as Stan gets on my nerves b/c of his lack of correct substitutions etc, there are only a few coaches that are better.

Even if we could beat the celtics next year, we wouldn't get past the lakers.

Saying that Lewis is out there to just spread the floor is not worth 20 million a year. He needed to do more than that. Just b/c KG didn't do well, we still needed Lewis to put points on the board too. He doesn't only get played to play defense and hustle. For that money, we need way more. If anything, he should be the go to guy. Sorry if I sound like a broken record. $20 million a year for lots of single digit numbers. I agree that we needed more out of Carter but he shouldn't receive 100 percent of the blame. Cough cough Lewis. Obviously there were more factors like the whole team should have hustled harder (Williams).

I honestly think that teams would be crazy to take Shards contract. It'd be nice though. As for Turk, I don't want him back. Too much money. AS for Bosh, Stan wouldn't have a choice but to change his system. Bosh would be a huge plus for our team. He would significantly help on Rebounds. Bosh also can take big time guys 1 on 1 without a problem. Having a jump shot makes u that much more of a problem and Bosh has that. Hopefully one day Dwight will have that and he wont always have to bang. If Dwight had a jumper he would be unstoppable.

Can we Trade coaches? I know Doc wants to come back home to spend time with his family. I wish.
