Bhill may be clueless but I don't see any reason to say he's racist. To anyone... Why so much debate about Brian Hill being a racist? Who claims this???? Don't be lazy, go back and see who redirected focus from posters to the coach.
  2. quote: Originally posted by Draco:Arroyo went from not playing to getting 10 min or so he just needs to continue playing hard and get back into the rotation... Your above quote ignores string of brilliant games Arroyo gave in the beginning of season, and when "little *****" was out sick. Then, all of the sudden and for reason I never understood, Arroyo was riding a pine while unlimited time was given to "little *****" to "find" his game. Only at that point on, I could accept your quote. That is why I asked you for clarification.

    Please can we have peace?

quote: Originally posted by Hutchence:This fighting is getting really bad. I know I have been guilty of it in the past, but dang it is crazy right now. We have 7 games left, can we all TRY to get along until then? I understand debating but when insults are hurled, not to mention grade school name calling, it has crossed a line. Everyone needs to just chill the hell out. We have no idea what is going to happen in the off season. All our hopes might be realized. For the sake of everyone's sanity I hope MAJOR changes are made. First, you should be a bit more original, and not recycle that old Rodney King outcry. Second, it is perfectly normal during a heated debate to step on each other toes once in a while. Third, those debates are fueled by everyone
  4. quote: Originally posted by Draco:Arroyo went from not playing to getting 10 min or so he just needs to continue playing hard and get back into the rotation. At this point in the season Brian Hill will ride his starters for better or worse. Excuse me? Are you talking about the whole season here, or you just pick and chose time frame to "justify" your bellowed B. Hill's incompetence?
  5. quote: Originally posted by Osprey23:Are you kidding me magicfirst? Brian Hill would sit a player on the bench who could help him win (knowing that his *** is on the line this year if they don't make the playoffs) just because he is Puerto Rican? Thats absolutely absurd. The best part about athletics is that race plays no part in the actual sport. Winning is the great equalizer. Any coach that wants to keep his job will put his best players out on the floor. We all hate BHill, but do you honestly think he TRIES to lose? It may seem that way at times but it is false. BHill wants to win, he just doesnt know how. And for you to imply that Hill would sacrifice winning to bench a player on purpose is simply ridiculous. It is dishonest, to say the least, to make your own assumptions and conclusions regarding someone
  6. quote: Originally posted by Kberto: I like Carlos...That is the biggest lie, considering your previous biterly yaping agains him, and barking at his fans. quote: At the beginning of this season, Carlos was playing great, and so was the rest of the team, as we stormed out to a 13-4 record with the best record in the league. Since then, we've been in a consistent slump. The blame can be spread to everyone, there are a lot of problems that need to be addressed in the offseason.... Classical retorics, bla, bla, bla, without being concrete on even one point. quote: I'd love to see Carlos break out of his funk and play like he did before, but I don't see it happening... What a double talker... quote: Yes, Jameer has been just as bad, but there is such an unknown upside with Jameer. If he firgues it out, he has the talent to be a star. You said it, man. We should give this ***** all the time he needs it to figure out that PG is supposed to PASS the darn ball! And now, after all that you said, am I, and rest of us, to believe that Jameer is not YOUR horse in this race? Stop pretending and be honest for once, like Arroyo fans are. When I saw your post for the first time I said to myself...I'm NOT gonna ever talk to this sarcastic ^%$%. Forgive me, but I just couldn't resist any more. However, I will not carry any further conversation with you no matter what.
  7. quote: Originally posted by the Judge:K Berto On one hand I'm trying my best not to cause hostile conflict, but on the other hand I like everyone being honest so I'll do the same. You are one of the most vocal, honest posters against Arroyo supporters, so I'd like it if you respond by backing-up your thoughts. Please try not to get in an "attacking" mode, I'll read what you say carefully I promise. Ready? Your posts are a good (though not all) part of what I used to describe (B) in the original post, and one of the reasons I started thread. OK this is not directly about basketball skills but it is a discussion about our Orlando Magic basketball discussions... I'd say it's relevant and the mod thought it was cool What's Uncle Tom's name in Spanish?

Darko could be our Chris Bosch

Playing time is the key for Darko. Remember J. O'Neal roting on Blazer's bench, looking life a bust with no fire in his eyes and body? When he transfered to Indiana, he overnight became an instant force to be reckoned with in the NBA. Bosh would be just another "loser", just like Pau Gasol, if they would be warming pine most of the time.

  10. quote: Originally posted by the Judge:Sadly, it seems rather obvious. Now that we are near season's end, I thought it would be beneficial for all to try to analyze what has happened here. Needless to say, I am talking about the animosity that has developed among Puerto Ricans and Americans in discussing Carlos Arroyo. Someone likened this situation to the West Side Story script, quite fittingly. It is very unfortunate that this has happened, because originally the arrival of Arroyo signaled the opposite
  11. quote: Originally posted by The Solution:If I were the player representative of Darko, I would get all I could on a three year contract from Orlando and then have him become a unrestricted free agent. I would wait to see who is going to be the coach. If they retain B. Hill, it's time for Darko to hit the road!

You would trade Cayenne for Ford Explorer? Good for you, buddy! I can't wait to trade with you.

If you really want to clear the board, then delete at least half or more of those 85 pages of posts that are there. Who the heck reads those old ones anyway? Why they are still there?
