I think it was probably "illegal", but I would not call it "dirty" - as the type of play Matt made happens all the time. Biggest difference was that Fisher's flailing like he was struck by lightning garnered all the attention - if he just came off the screen and ran down court like most players do, we would not be talking about it today.

You really gotta love that kind of attitude/mentality. And, he really isn't a "thug" - just a hard-nosed, "throw back" kind of player.
