Secretly Space Jesus 670 Report post Posted March 12, 2008 I think it's more that that is how we've come to think of dystopic war futures, because of the Mad Max movies. Every post-apocalypse movie/video game/anything really has all the characters dressed like that. Hell, they did it in Waterworld, even though it made absolutely no sense to.
