I expect crickets Yea I expect the deadline if anything happens too. To be fair it's likely, if we're buyers, it's not our decision to take it to the deadline. Sellers will be holding out for as long as possible hoping that at the deadline people get a little more desperate or are willing to throw one extra second in or something to get the deal over a competitor.
