They want to compete with the Cavs. He's also more likely to resign with them. Toronto we can do something around players like Ross, Patterson, Powell or Poeltl. I agree, The Raptors and Celtics are stuck being very good teams with no chance at beating the Cavs unless they shake it up a bit.
