I meant our replacing Goukas with a better coach than Brian Hill. Hopefully someone who, combined with not lowballing him, could inspire Shaq to resign in addition to avoiding the player mutiny, etc.

 

I also seriously considered going with our keeping Webber rather than trading for Penny. As great as Penny could have been had he stayed healthy, that could have made for an interesting team.

gordon is 9-31 from 3 in 392 minutes

Harris is 20-63 from 3 in 719 minutes

 

edit: Harris is shooting 52% on twos greater than 16 feet and 25% on twos between 10-16 feet

Gordon is shooting 25% on twos greater than 16 feet and 54% on twos between 10-16 feet.

 

interesting comparison.

 

edit again: if you remove the two halfcourt end of quarter shots Gordon took, he's literally shooting the same % from three as harris.

I have proof for what we've been seeing lately.

 

For the last 7 games Harris leads us in first quarter scoring.

 

6.6 ppg in the first on 59/44/80 shooting.

 

second quarter:

 

3.3 on 32/20/89 shooting

 

Third quarter:

 

2.9 on 38/37/100 shooting

 

Fourth quarter:

 

3.0 on 33/0/91 shooting

 

conversely:

 

Oladipo

 

1st quarter: 2.3 points on 32/0/50 shooting

Second: 4.7 on 50/50/71

Third: 4.1 on 50/43/80

Fourth: 4.7 on 46/14/100

 

Vucevic is really bad in the first and fourth but really good in the second and third.

 

over the last 7 games, Oladipo leads us in fourth quarter scoring with an average of 4.7 ppg. Payton is second with 4.1. Gordon is third with 4.0 (though he only played in 5 of the last 7 fourth quarters). Harris and fournier are tied for fourth at 3.0.
