MagicFanInNevada 51 Report post Posted June 25, 2015 Mario and Stanley would be my picks at #5 but would be happy with Justise as well. Though Porzingis would be after Mario if he happens to be on the board still.

Though Porzingis would be after Mario if he happens to be on the board still. I have a feeling Mario will be our guy. If Porzingis I would be cautiously excited as I think he has bust potential. Johnson though could be the draft's hidden gem.

God Hates Otis Smith 153 Report post Posted June 25, 2015 I thought the expectations were low? Which is it? my expectations are that hes a role player but many think he's going to be a star. don't see it without major skill improvements
magicblue 315 Report post Posted June 25, 2015 my expectations are that hes a role player but many think he's going to be a star. don't see it without major skill improvements Yeah, most 19 yr olds need to improve...that's sort of a given.
God Hates Otis Smith 153 Report post Posted June 25, 2015 Anez had me on his show today...He is all over WCS...Anez said he is sick of the losing...he was bashing Porzingus left and right...Said it will take years for him to develop ...Magic need to start winning...Thinks Henny will take Porzingus if he is there at 5 because they brought him in twice to talk. Every fan that called in echoed the losing sentiment...He thinks if Porzingus is not there at 5 Henny will take Mario. Winslow wasn't even discussed.... Anez thinks the Ridenour trade signals the Magic will be active in free agency. And most importantly, I got to talk about my man WCS and Anez agreeing with every point the most important being WCS is a guy you can plug in that will help you immediately...They also think he can play together with Vuc...Said because of the injury rumor he might be a stretch at 5 but that Henny might trade down. And thank goodness Anez has many more listeners than the wannabe influential voices on the forum. GO MAGIC !!! what a surprise, someone who has never watched porzingis before bashes him. porzingis is a risky pick but he has far far more upside than WCS. Soul Bro 1,423 Report post Posted June 25, 2015 Zach Lowe just released a new podcast with Chad Ford My goodness, Ford just crushes WCS and Mario in this podcast. Says WCS's overall game is subpar, while Mario's comp is JR Smith.

magicblue 315 Report post Posted June 25, 2015 yeah but players who are stars typically have skills that jump right out winslow has serious work to do on his handles and shooting I'm done debating this with you. Dude hit many huge shots in the tourney on the biggest stage and the handles aren't as bad as they're being made out to be. He's a gym rat like everyone else on our team and he will improve.
