Mauro Pedrosa 1,033 Report post Posted July 2, 2012 I don't know if Josh Smith will want to wait 1 more year, ATL is in the same position with Josh as we are with Dwight.

KRISH10 103 Report post Posted July 2, 2012 Knicks did it last year to get Melo because they thought (owner thought) it'd give them that extra push; that playoff star. I think the Warriors are in a similar situation to that Knicks team; especially around the deadline. Wrong the Knicks did it because Melo said he only wanted to sign with them long term over every other team.
NYCmagic 15 Report post Posted July 2, 2012 Hennigan deserves exec of the year for not wanting Brook Lopez. Not really just mean he has a pulse and can see.
Mauro Pedrosa 1,033 Report post Posted July 2, 2012 And if Dwight wanted out so bad why the ***** did he waive his opt-out option?
AddiFB 429 Report post Posted July 2, 2012 Chris Broussard @Chris_Broussard Source on Nets moving on from possibility of getting Dwight: "Dwight blew it in March'' when he waived opt-out clause.
magicblue 315 Report post Posted July 2, 2012 Looks like now Atlanta will becomes the front runner. I'm sure Dwight is editing his list as I type this. No way we trade him in our division though
BlackWat3r 20 Report post Posted July 2, 2012 I wouldn't get to excited Atlanta just shot to the top of the Howard sweep stakes. Zach Lowe @ZachLowe_SIHawks should be able to get max cap room next summer, even while keeping J. Smoove cap hold, via amnesty of Marvin Williams.
Mauro Pedrosa 1,033 Report post Posted July 2, 2012 http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=7cwmpxs That would be a great move to rebuild, but I'd really want Smith playing with Howard in Orlando :(
