Korver was clearly the provocateur. I'm actually with ignitethis on this one. Sure, Korver was the instigator, but Dwight still swung his elbows, however innocently it was. That's enough to warrant a tech these days. Amare did absolutely nothing. Him and Haywood were just fighting for position. That may very well be the worst tech of the season, it's that bad.
