That's kind of irrelevant. I mean for example, Arkansas blew South Carolina out, but beat Georgia by a touchdown. It really doesn't matter who you beat.

well when one team is division champion and another team is 6-6 with only 3 wins in conference you should be able to see the difference in talent level. Not to mention UCF's conference opponents were 1-3, 1-3, 1-3, 1-3, 1-3, 3-1, 2-2, 1-3, and 1-3 outside of Conference USA. There's a reason why Florida State's FEI ranking* is 21 (prior to bowl games) while UCF is 40th.

*The Fremeau Efficiency Index (FEI) considers each of the nearly 20,000 possessions every season in major college football. All drives are filtered to eliminate first-half clock-kills and end-of-game garbage drives and scores. A scoring rate analysis of the remaining possessions then determines the baseline possession efficiency expectations against which each team is measured. A team is rewarded for playing well against good teams, win or lose, and is punished more severely for playing poorly against bad teams than it is rewarded for playing well against bad teams.

FSU is the best team in florida.

And I really don't think it's that close.

Not Mallett's fault nobody on the team can catch.

The receivers were dropping passes. Ok a lot of passes. But he was overthrowing people too. That's been the case all season long. Mallett needs tall receivers around him to be good. We don't have that. He also holds onto the ball way too long. A lot of Arkansas fans are really happy to see him finally go

But Ohio State just outplayed us last night. They played a great game on both sides of the ball. They just wanted it more.

This halftime score is some kind of special. 16-11? Looks like a team's record...

Robert Smith picked FSU #2 for next season. That's kind of a dick move. We wont be able to live up to that hype. Top 10 preseason makes sense. Anything above #7 and you should question that person's football IQ.

Note: FSU being in the top 10 to begin next season doesn't necessarily mean they are the a top 10 team in terms of talent. A potential #1 recruiting class (We are bringing in more ESPN top 150 guys than the entire ACC combined right now), a weak ACC (UNC, VTech, Clemson, and Miami are all in transition years and the rest of the ACC isn't talented enough to hang with us), Duke transitioning back onto our schedule, and UF learning a new pro style offense with entirely spread type of players (which should slow you down for a year), should be enough for a Orange Bowl spot as the expectation at the end of the season. a 12-2 season seems like a possibility.
