One of my friends had a movie party last night and I watched "Starsky & Hutch" last for the first time. Hilarious movie. Snoop Dogg was amazing. I also watched "Anchorman" again. Probably the second most quotable movies for me only behind "Mean Girls."

Mean Girls is actually a pretty hiilarious movie.

By no means is it more quote worthy than, say, Dumb and Dumber, or The Big Lebowski, but it's good.

Oh, I didn't mean to imply it was bad. It's a perfectly acceptable, at times very good, knock off of Heathers, and it features 5 actresses, just before they became annoyingly completely ubiquitous(Fey), went bat**** insane(Lohan), became slightly less annoyingly and less completely ubiquitous(Seyfried), blew up for like 6 months before trudging back to bad RomComs and 4th on the bill in laughably terrible action movies(McAdams), or were never heard from again(Chabert).

However, I can name a dozen movies off the top of my head that are imminently more quotable than Mean Girls.

I own Mean Girls on DVD. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Not only were the girls top notch in it, but the film itself was entertaining.

QFT. also, tonight im seeing inception again. this time in imax.

Sweet Portman, I wasn't bashing Mean Girls. I was expressing surprise that someone would suggest that it was the most quotable movie ever.

But seriously, why the hell are all of you so quick to defend Mean Girls?
