We match because we can afford it. 3/19 isn't bad, and it is up over the summer of 2012 with everyone else's deal.

We are going to match this! We can't afford to lose Redick and Barnes.

 

This is a lot of money but it's ONLY 3 years. It expires when Lewis and Jameer expire. That year we are gonna have a lot of cap space. Hopefully Dwight accepts his player option so we can have even more cap space for then.

Exactly. No long term ramifications, only the tax hit this year that is softened by the new arena.
