blatche is kind of a headcase. i don't see him as a big upgrade at pf. anderson's per36 numbers are pretty much equal to blatche and could probably put up similar numbers if given the same amount of minutes blatche got last season. blatche still has a ton of potential but again, i think he has a reputation of being difficult to coach (someone can correct me if i'm wrong on that).

 

arenas is high risk, high reward. not sure if otis wants to take a risk on a guy who hasn't played close to a full season in 3 years. he wouldn't be that great of a defender playing sg and can be a big chucker. the last time he performed big in the playoffs was 05/06.

 

i would rather go into next season with vc/gortat (and try and move vc at the deadline if things aren't looking great) if that was the best trade we could get for them this off-season.

 

edit: i forgot to even mention arenas' contract, which obviously is terrible
