yeah, 3 points and 2 rebounds isnt huge, I think we all just got excited because we were playing well and Bass outplayed games 1-3 lewis, games 2;3 gortat, and game 3 anderson the first few minutes he was in.

Dude was hustling a lot though and definitely earned the backup role for this series.

also, i dont think we can use +/- as a reliable stat anymore.

Jameer was +3 playing 43.5 minutes

jwill was +7 playing 9 minutes.

we won by 4.

The other 30 seconds are attributed to the one play that vince played PG on defense and ray allen hit a three.

what happened to the other -3 points?

Go back to your role-playing videogames.

He added to the difference between games 1-3 and game 4. Him and other factors.

*Redick

*Howard's new found composure

*Nelson pushing the pace

*Lewis playing more aggressively

when he was out there, especially with dwight, we owned the glass because he was putting a body on guys and the celtics werent getting all the loose balls that they had previously gotten

Bass was able to put a body on somebody. Shard doesn't command the physical presence on the glass that Bass does.

Brandon gives us the intangibles that make a HUGE difference in the chess match that is an ECF game with Boston.

Bass plays, we win. Hmmmm...

It was nice to see Stan have a "get your head out of your ***" moment.

The problem is Bass should have been in the rotation all along.I think its a little late now to integrate him into the rotation.

But hell, we're getting killed anyway... might as well play him. Right Stan?
