AH..... August is nearly here, this is that month of the year where nothing happens... it drags on and on and on and we wish training camp was here. Constantly refreshing this forum and hoopshype waiting for some news, some discussion, that never takes place.

If it is anything like last season there seemed to be an injury to at least one of our wings most games during the season. That is the only way I can see there being enough minutes to go around without at least 1 (maybe 2) players not getting the minutes they want.

I think neither of them get selected and we keep our 15th spot free for any moves during the season or if we get a long term injury. As for CJ starting, no chance. He will be great for Payton and we now have one of the better back up PG in the league. It would not surprise me to see him play more minutes than Payton on Payton's off nights.

Henny. We all got to be impressed with how well this offseason has gone without us signing a big name. I love majority of our roster and making. There is becoming a long list of accomplishments Henny has done (including Jacque Vaughn, we needed to lose games to gain high placed picks.... clearly the best guy for the job). Time to start seeing everything paying off on the court. He had a plan and he is sticking to it, no moves that were not thought of thoroughly before being made (No Otis).

I agree. If you say those 4-6 could have been won especially with a better coach. I am feeling a minimum 10 more wins this year. But for me I think our real improvement will be the season after.

He does not look like a player that will make it in the NBA from my opinion. I reckon his ceiling would be 12-15 man on a team(s) for up to 5 years until his age removes any potential upside. He is just too much of a one trick pony and his deficiencies are too damaging.

Also one that created a new user name when the forum changed. I am pretty sure I jumped on board in 06. I think back in those days I was quite aggressive towards many who had different opinions than mine, age does mellow a person a bit.
