Well actually 2 trades.

 

Magic trad Foyle, AJ & Bass for Maggette.

 

Then in a separate trade the Magic trade a portion of the trade exception for CJ Watson.

 

It solves problems for both teams.

 

For the Magic it gives them a scoring punch when Vince is off and for those not watching, Maggs is having a great season. CJ gives us insurance behind Nelson and Williams.

 

For the Warriors it gives them expiring contracts and lowers them below the tax threshold. As well it gives them a good solid player in Bass that just did not work in our system.
