Wouldn't it just be hilarious if the cavs end up doing nothing? It seems like they have all these deals lined up just waiting for a signature; why haven't they done it? what's holding them back? Didn't the wiz management just declare that they will not be doing any favors to the cavs? what's the change of heart about?
