Plus Barnes has a total of 19 turnovers so far while Pietrus has 3. I thought it was going to be close, but it wasn't.

That's because Barnes is very unselfish while Pietrus is a black hole, at least in contrast to one another. I can assure you that most of Barnes' TO's are the result of an extra pass.

No most of Barnes turnovers are when he is dribbling. Not an extra pass. I guess you must have missed that.

Well, let's take a look at play-by-play, shall we?

Against OKC, Barnes committed 4 TOs. Let's see how they took place:

1st Q

(8:11)Matt Barnes lost ball (Kevin Durant steals)

(7:50)Matt Barnes bad pass (Thabo Sefolosha steals)

(1:10)Matt Barnes lost ball (James Harden steals)

2nd Q

(5:48)Matt Barnes turnover

So, 1 of those 4 turnovers were a result of a bad pass. How many of them we can attribute to over-dribbling, we don't know. Let's say 2, for the heck of it.

Now, what about Detroit? He had 4 TOs against them, too. Let's see:

2nd Q

(2:24)Matt Barnes bad pass

3rd Q

(7:31) Matt Barnes bad pass (Kwame Brown steals)

(5:09)Matt Barnes bad pass (Jonas Jerebko steals)

4th Q

(4:31)Matt Barnes bad pass

Wow, look at that. All four of his turnovers came after a bad pass.

The finally tally? 5-2 in favor of bad passes. A small sample size perhaps, but it still makes you look as arrogant as always.
