When do we find out about our Summer League team? UPDATE pg2: ryan anderson on team

Found an article saying that Ryan Anderson will be playing on the summer league team. Good to see there will be at least one reason to follow that team.

Looks like Otis is looking for a third point guard. I dont mind the Fields and Robinson addotions. Both played 4 years in colege I beieve. Both for good teams.

oh wow, I'm not going to lie, but with the exception of Townes, that whole roster is good with me, I really like Fields, not sure if he's an NBA PG or not, but his toughness and decision making are great, he can sure pass the ball and shoots from outside very well...Robinson is also a fiery little PG, guy has a big time motor, pretty much lockdown defender in college, and Richard Hendrix, had a big crush on this guy for awhile so...I'm happy with that, now lets get some other guys in there...

 

I'd love to get Steven Hill in there...

Anyone who watched the big east and the ncaas know about Levance Fields. Hes really not an nba player but hes a good leader. Hes short, probably 5'10", fat, and hes more of a scorer except he cant shoot, plus hes not that athletic. So hes not going to be making our team anytime soon, but hes got a good BB IQ and he trys really hard.

 

Aaron Jackson would have been nice though. A lot of raw talent

 

This will end up being like last year, where only Lee and Gortat were serious players. Except it looks like this year Anderson will be the only one.

It definitely makes me happy. I was hoping that Otis would have acquired a second round pick to get him. There's a good chance he could make the squad.

nah, fields isn't an unknown. Didn't product alot because he deferred to the other talents on pitt. He's short, only 5-10, and needs to improve his shooting %s especially freethrows. He's had several double figure assist games and averaged 7.5 last season.

 

I dont think he makes our roster. He has some talent, just not in the areas we like.

I really thought after the fat comment you wrote he had a good BBQ which made me laugh.
