Exactly what makes us look inferior. We're giving them something the Cavs couldn't handle, our best shooting, and still they were up until the last minutes of this half.

They still look smarter on both ends, we're just making shots.

We're shooting an NBA record 75%, leading in rebounds, and only have 1 turnover more (with a total of 6) and only winning by 5. That's crazy.

Hrrm anyone remember what our shot percentage was at halftime against sacramento when we set the record for threes in a game?I know you cant compare the horrible kings to the lakers but we have shot well for an entire game before.

you guys are acting like kobe is shooting 90% or something...he's 8/15 and he's only one person. It's easy for a person to keep their % around 50% for an entire game...there isn't a chance in hell we keep our fg% at 75%.

If that is the case, then there is no way that Kobe can keep shooting like he has. We are at home, we have built some mo'. A strong start to the 3rd is key.

true but its a lot easier for one guy to shoot that way than a whole team for a game.

Kobe already cooled down, missing a good amount of his past few shots.

LA outscored Orlando 31-27 in the first quarter. Kobe had 17 points and was shooting around 80% in the first quarter.

In the 2nd quarter, ORL outscored LA 32-23. This is because Kobe started missing his shots in the 2nd quarter and only scored 4 points in it.

it's still more likely that kobe will shoot 53% in the 2nd half than it is for the magic to shoot 75% as a team.

But if Kobe shoots only 53% in the 2nd half and even if Orlando only shoots 55% as a team in the 2nd half, Orlando will win.
