Soul Bro 1,422 Report post Posted May 12, 2009 Good but not great team. Very mentally weak. Soft. No ... and I mean no ... floor leadership. (Dwight has a LONG WAY to go).

Soul Bro 1,422 Report post Posted May 12, 2009 In addition, in this series, Big Baby is lighting us up. We need a banger in the worst way.
You're Fat, Pat! 98 Report post Posted May 12, 2009 Inconsistent? I still blame this game on (in this order): 1. Refs - NOT EVEN REVIEWING a questionable 3 in the first half, the ridiculous Rondo airball, the no-call on the Turk drive, and the push by Big Baby off of Dwight's FT. Makes me ill. 2. SVG - Playing Lee for 11 freakin minutes. How on EARTH does that happen. 3. Dwight - Didn't play like he wanted it. First half, maybe. Second half was just awful. I'm not even talkin about the offensive end. Some days it's just not there, I don't care who you are. But his intensity level and hustle was non-existant. Why can't they ALL have a good game at the same time? Lew, Skip and Turk play well for the most part, then Dwight stinks the place up.
MagicFanBen 0 Report post Posted May 12, 2009 I would described them extremely hampered by the officials down the stretch. You cannot overstate the calls that went the C's way that allowed them to pull it out. Same thing happened in Game 4. I try not to be bitter and buy in to the NBA is rigged thing, but I lean heavily toward it. When you consider the shot clock violation by itself, especially when 2 of the 3 refs said violation only to over turn it. Pretty sad and frustrating. Looks like the only way to win them is to blow them out eveyr game where the officials cannot save them.
