Actually, yes on the first one, and he didn't say specifically: "We have to play our game" but he did explain systematically all the things they have to do on offense as part of their game, which was basically just a loquacious way of saying it.

I'm not saying you can't be happy when someone does something good. I'm saying that you shouldn't make a big deal out of something that happens once as though it's going to become common. Okay, you can't blame me for missing a point as random as that. This is the last I'll say on it so I can move on and watch the game:

 

At what point did I say that J.J. had become Mr. Defense based on the play, or that it'd become common? That's YOUR assumption. I was just celebrating the hustle play in and of itself, not proclaiming that we'd see a heck of a lot more of that in the future. We may, we may not. Nobody knows. Redick looked like he was about to give Kapono a wide open jumpshot but managed to make him turn the ball over and it was a good play. That's it, that was all, it's not a defensive platform for the rest of his career.

 

In other news... boy Will Soloman sure is turning the ball over a lot. He looks like Anthony Johnson out there (or Hedo Turkoglu as the case may be).
