  1. it’s ok to wait if that means we don’t extend Weltman. I fear though, that Weltman issuing just great for Devos. So that probably means he gets his contract extended. I mean, never seen a guy so relaxed at his job like this. His contract is up and he didn’t even blink twice not to do anything significant at the deadline. Despite lots of opportunities available. Only somebody who feels safe t his job would act like this. no?
  2. well i thought Jase would have made a fool of himself. And he did. Apparently nobody tried to stop him.
  3. Should have picked up Cam Thomas who would have been a great offensive contributor off the bench, since Mosley can’t get them to play an organized style of offense. Instead we picked up Carter who won’t contribute, instead of garbage minutes
  4. In another thread i made a comparison to OKC, since instances watching them without SGA. They are play extremely hard on defense. Everybody, not just a couple of players. Everybody has a high motor. On offense everybody plays within their role and there is no hero ball. Just a lot of screens, ball movement and cutting. There basketball is not complicated at all. Just imagine everybody is Suggs without the hero ball and Aura farming. Pretty exciting team. Orlando could be just like that if we had accountability. I had this version in mind when we added Bane. Unfortunately our motor and effort fell off a cliff. And we have to mask multiple players out there
  5. I want to see Paolo with another coach first. But this version of Paolo concerned me leading up to the draft. He severely lacked defensive effort/ motor and that made me focus on Jabari. I was also kind of afraid of Holmgrens frame too. I underestimated the internal drive and motor. That’s what sets Chet apart. Franz has that motor too Now don’t get me wrong, i’m glad we didn’t draft Jabari. now Chet, i wouldn’t be mad if we had Chet right now. Paolo is still the most talented player out of those three. But that lacking motor is very concerning. Makes me want to sell high at some point.
  6. Thats part of the accountability that is missing for our star players. Everybody been in some kind of doghouse by the coach except our star players. They can do whatever tf they want. Suggs been aura farming all season long.
  7. https://x.com/underdognba/status/2020892343734267909?s=46 So the NBA is extended with two teams. Las Vegas and Seattle have high odds.. if it’s Seattle we might as well prepare for a Paolo trade. He will definitely haves career plan to get himself to Seattle. So for us we have to plan for that and try to sell as high as we can.
  8. I like CTs proposal and i’d like to add that i would just reverse the order. First team to miss the playoffs get the first pick. After that it’s lottery with the same odds for the teams that missed the playoffs. or first three teams to miss the playoffs get the best odds heading into a lottery.
  9. Also i want to point out that Mosley used almost the entire squad in the first quarter. only Jett didn’t play in the first quarter. But shortly after. Dude has no clue. We play like we are in an open gym
  10. teams actively tanking even before the ASB. The league needs to do something. This is terrible for fans.
  11. Yeah cool, we won against a tanking team. didn’t play there starters the entire 4th quarter. Those Utah players played the entire 4th quarter and they didn’t even look gased. tells you a lot about our offense. I made a comparison to OKC who played without SGA and Jalen Williams and almost won against Houston. We have a bunch of whining, low energy, star wannabe pretenders on our squad. Fake tough guys.
  12. At this point you might as well cut Howard and pick up Cole for locker room purposes. The joy in that locker room has left the building
  13. why are we playing the same old starting lineup when this team is constantly getting blown out to start the game?
  14. Watched OKC vs HOU OKC played without SGA and J Dub. I wanted to see if OKCs success is tied to SGA. And the answer is: No!!! their team is relentless. I’m going to draw comparisons to the Magic. OKC play relentless. Everybody is moving on offense and defense. On offense they constantly move, set screens and cut backdoor. Their players just play a simple basketball. No BS. Nobody trying to do special things out there. They play their roles and stick with it. Is nice to watch as a Magic fan. They don’t have a single player lacking energy. They don’t constantly complain with the refs. Just everybody is aggressive in the passing lanes. Everybody cares about defense. The Magic: several players lack energy and effort: Paolo, WCJ, TDS (at times) Bitadze (quite often), Isaac (tends to get tired) several players try to be special on offense and often hurt the team therefore: Suggs, AB, Paolo, WCJ, TDS, Well and the coach has not established an offense system where his players thrive and they actually follow a plan to what they are doing. He also doesn’t understand roles.
  15. Just another Weltman move. Uninspiring. He created a roster of defensive players that have to learn how to play offense. Our struggles are offense related. We lack offensive minded players that are natural to playmaking and shot creating.
  16. I hope it’s me, because there are some players out there who’d actually crack the rotation and have a positive impact. And it sounds crazy. Cam Thomas would probably be a guy who would safe Mosleys job, because he’d go absolutely wild on offense for us. lol
  17. Yeah it’s absolutely cringe and this team has some fake toughness. I cared to watch this game because i wanted to see Jase. Yeah we beat a bad team, great. Our problems remain the same. Will somebody in the media ask Mosley about his crazy rotations? Your gonna need AI to examine these random lineups. Nobody can claim knowing what rotation and lineups are good/bad because it’s always random out there. Mosley went from having Isaac, Jett, Jase in the doghouse to being first off the bench. Can somebody explain? Why is Bitadze in the doghouse now?
  18. So Jeff Weltman said he probably isnt aggressive in buyout either and that this team is complete when healthy lmao is this true? lol
  19. I guess yeah.. But there are better options out there. Unfortunately Weltman has gone back to sleep and we will see him when the season ends
  20. Jeff Weltman interview: -Said he hasn't thought about firing Mose and everyone believes in him we will ride out the season with him. -Used a 15 game sample size in November to say we are good when healthy -Said Health is the major issue and defense quote from X…. if this is true it’s just as expected! Don’t owners also do interviews? can we get Devos some questions please
  21. If we don’t add him i don’t know what to tell you. One of a few that would actually work in Mosleys anarchy style offense „sets“
  22. https://x.com/ary_report/status/2019495183528915080?s=46 Denver already activate on the buyout market. Meanwhile we have Weltmann doing radio shows.. Keep in mind, show starts in 1 hour but he has to drive there (wherever that is, get prepared and everything) so most likely he’s on his way now and i bet this guy doesn’t own a smartphone either
  23. if it’s the tax it’s pretty easy to move on from Jett who isnt used at all in our rotation. Brooklyn would have traded us a second for Jett. We are going to loose him regardless. Or you trade Tyus and redirect Branham. bottom line is we lost two assets in order to correct a mistake made 6 months ago. Thats bad business and also lack of creativity
  24. lolololololol, i just can’t anymore. We paid 2nds to get rid of Tyus and Charlotte actually got Branham for him. hahahahahaha. He should be fired on the spot. Nobody in this league takes him serious. What a joke
  25. Why is Weltman available on deadline day at 4 *****ing PM lol didn’t think about this. like wtf…
