  1. If there is a Herb Jones trade out there, you have to do that! Adding to this incredible defense would be awesome. That second unit defense would be scary. AB-Jones-Isaac (trimmed down) If we manage to keep Bitadze in the process?! Whhoooweeeee. Jett+TDS for Herb Jones I actually like TDS a lot. I’d do it for Herb
  2. https://youtu.be/Ej7f6JsUIUI?si=5QCKI6jqIeO9AxV4 Interview from Prunty couple of years ago. Talks about couching mentorship. Seems like he’ll fit right in and is just a guy we need next to Mosely
  3. Somewhat agree. But for Jett the time is up. Right now we might be able to sell him for upside. But he’s extension eligible soon and unding think we offer him a qualifying offer. So he’ll walk away in FA
  4. definitely redeemed himself! But it’s not the time to right now to sit back and be happy!! We still have Jett and one of WCJ or Bitadze as an asset to swing for an upgrade. Also i’m looking at two major veterans we could possibly pick up on the buyout market. If Vucevic hits the buyout market, we should pick him up. We should absolutely be aggressive and try to add Lillard. Those two additions would be massive.. Lillard is only an option for next season, but we have to sign him now. This season PG: Suggs, Jones, SG: Bane, AB, J. Richardson SF: Franz, TDS, Penda PF: Paolo, Isaac, M. Wagner C: WCJ, Vucevic, What can we get for Jett+ Bitadze (maybe add TDS)? —>Im still all in on Herb Jones. Herb on that second unit would be awesome. For next season we probably can’t afford to resign Jones anyway. So Lillard steps in as a starter and either Bane or Suggs come off the bench. We should be super super aggressive right now. This is such a great opportunity to compete for a championship for the next 5years or so.
  5. Summer League starts today. Heat got a nice squad together. San Antonio aren’t playing a lit of their players. At least we get a look at Carter Bryant
  6. The Magic are cooking something really special
  7. I just thought that part was crazy. I never heard of a team doing stuff on their phone right before and during games lol.
  8. I’m finishing a Mo Wagner Podcast from a couple of weeks ago. There was something i found kinda interesting. Monwas asked if cell phones were allowed in the locker room. Mo was kinda uncomfortable with that question. He said that it’s crazy for him. His team (the Magic) allow cell phones and his teammates are constantly on the phone. Even during half time. lol. That’s unheard of imo. lol. Maybe that’s the root cause of our “3 quarter collapses” Mo was saying he’s trying to meditate and his teammates be buying NFTs 10 minutes before the game for example lol.
  9. None of those teams have our type of depth and long term outlook right now. The Knicks have added some pieces, but are nowhere near our depth. Also they have some divas in that locker room and it’s going to be interesting how Mike Brown will deal with Towns for example. It’s also reported that there is some disconnect from Towns antics and the rest of the locker room. I like what the Cavs got going, but i wonder if they can keep their squad together as well. for next season, I see the Cavs, Knicks and Magic in Tier 1 and i say we are favorites because of the depth and expected growth. I also expect the NBA to push us. We already getting more media attention. The way the NBA is, refs will suddenly at least be fair and maybe even favor us. lol. I expect a major shift in that regard as well
  10. That last roster spot is going to be interesting. They’ll probably sign Houstan for the vet min, and i’m cool with that. But i’d actually love us to be super aggressive with Lilliard. That’s a ONE time only chance in our contending cycle that we can add such a player. We have Tyus now, but it might be hard for us to keep him past his contract. So i would absolutely love for Lilliard to rehab on a vet min contract and we’d have a super team next season when he fully recovers. As we all now, we don’t rush players back.
  11. Yessssss, Mo Wagner signed back for one year 5 mil!!! That’s actually a fair deal for a guy rehabbing from an ACL. This is so huge for the team. Tyus Jones and Mo Wagner will cook on that second unit!! Orlando looks like the best team in the east if you ask me!!!
  12. One thing separates him from Cole. The decision making! That was Cole’s biggest flaw and he never learned how to play consistently efficient. Jase Richardson biggest strengths is his bball iq and efficiency. Jase will also benefit so much from Tyus Jones! Similar type of efficient player.
  13. Good!! we had actually no use for him. He couldn’t get on the floor last season during our worst injury stretch. Says a lot. I love the player actually, but he’s not a NBA player. He should start killing it overseas!
  14. https://youtu.be/MrhF_F_8Nio?si=dAf4m0JrPrMTAeSX this is a real solid listen. And i can’t help myself to appreciate how Weltman probably anticipated this new CBA. We really build a team that is under contract and looks like can compete going forward! That’s rare! like i said before. OKC will have troubles resigning their guys back. Especially if they are not willing to pay tax money
  15. Tyus is one of those players who is underpaid. He will only sign short term contracts and test FA like every year. Schroeder is one who comes to my mind. But signing a 1year contract gives him control over his next destination rather than being traded all over the place (like Schroeder has)
