You're right though. It doesn't make sense to sell off basketball stuff for money

Would be interesting if it wasn't pretty much impossible to make happen. Hayward is a pretty interesting buy low candidate but there's no situation that's not a bad deal for us We'd have to send out a bit more than 26 million for the trade to work under the CBA but probably more like 28-29 million to avoid the hard cap. So look at the salaries we'd have to send out for him. Fournier and Bamba would be 22 million and change. So we'd have to send back a lot more. And he's not worth that.

Over here in Europe we usually call League anything that is decided by accumulating points over the season, and Cup anything that is knockout (like the NCAA tournament). For some reason the World Cup and Champions League have basically the same format but one is called Cup and the other League, but don't pay too much attention to that. Fran Vasquez is a twig and I really don't think he would have succeeded in the NBA

Also it doesn't really make sense to compare Fournier with Okeke when Okeke has a wingspan 5 inches longer and is 30 pounds heavier. That's like comparing Rodney Hood with Khem Birch

Some players play bigger than their size like Draymond and Thompson, so until Okekes shows he can play pf at 6'7" verse men. I am going to list him as a SF. Muggsy Bogues played great for his size, but it does not mean that other 5'3" 134lbs players will play at the same level or bigger than their size suggest - until they prove it. All I am saying is, he needs to prove what position he can be successful at or what position he can defend at before we say he is a NBA PF at 6'7".
