thats the thing that makes me mad is they didnt plan the event correctly. they promised an autograph if you had a voucher for the player. they didnt come through w/ the promise.

Signing autographs comes with the territory and is an obligation you have to your job. It isn't when you are just walking around town, but when there is a scheduled appearance, you need to fulfill your obligation.
