FSU and Florida lost players in similar fashion. I know we have an indoor facility, but you gotta wonder if the Florida heat had anything to do with it. Ned Ryerson 94 Report post Posted March 18, 2008 From what I have heard he was an Honor Student and the whole deal. Really sad. Also, the baseball team threw a no-no last night and is now ranked 16th.
Jareth Cutestory 678 Report post Posted March 18, 2008 I just read that as well. It's truly depressing...
DLO 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2008 It is really sad to see a player go like this. He was not only a gifted athlete, but he was a National Honors Society student in high school. It is strange because I live on campus at UCF, and it isn't hot at all, if anything it is cold outside. It is really a sad story. RIP. Our baseball team is looking really good right now. Hopefully they can keep up the solid pitching through the season.

I was grabbing some lunch in the student union and saw it on CNN. I was with a co-worker who was like, "I wonder what school that kid was playing at." Just sucks.
