these are going to be the next moves from Otis:

 

1. Sign Bob Outlaw

2. Move Nick Anderson From PR to back up the sg

3. Move Erwing from Assistant Coach to back up howard

4. Try to sign back Skile to play the starting pg

5. Try to bring back from retirement Antonio Davis to be the back up pf.

6. Sign Jameer 6 years contract $8m per year

7. Hire a new agent just in case he need to look for a new job.
