.The inablility to motivate players

The dysfunctional, outdated, slow plooding offensive scheme that is not being applied by anyone but the Magic!

 

In ability to adjust the personnel to maxamize their talent!!

 

Inability to motiivate his personnel, because his program is stuck in the 70's!!!

 

To lead you must have a vision, to be heard you must have a plan, this coach has neither and it is obvious that for the second time here, another Magic team has tunned him out!!!!!
