Our former player, JJ Redick, has joined the 76ers!

 

Somewhat jealous of the 76ers and their rebuild that's led to a projected lineup of Fultz, Redick, Simmons, Saric, Embiid.

 

It shows the difference between a team that has been lucky with where their draft picks have landed and the talent available to them. Whereas we have been somewhat unlucky in holding high draft picks in weak years (e.g. taking Oladipo second overall) and in stronger years miss out on a star talent because our pick has fallen a spot or been a spot out of getting a better player.

 

It has nothing to do with luck and everything to do with the fact that Hinkie actually tanked. Not some half a$$ tank that we did where we still try to win games. Us missing out on the elite prospects is because we only picked top 3 once in 5 years despite how terrible we've been.

 

Sure we could have won the lottery and got lucky but you can't expect that. We should have lost more games. Look no further then the last game of this year against Detroit. That is the difference between us and Philly.

It's like we went to a car dealership to pick up a Gordon Hayward, but our credit wasn't good so they tried to get us into a Joe Ingles with low miles

Cavs close to salary-dumping Iman Shumpert... Man, this offseason couldn't be going much worse for the Eastern conference. Boston still hasn't cashed in on any of their assets, 2 of the 3 statistically best players in the East dealt West without receiving all-stars in return, and LeBron is looking more and more likely to leave Cleveland after next year.

Hahaha.. they tried to sell us that Ingles was low miles but we checked the car fax, noticed that even though the name is new it's an older model car that just sat for awhile before anybody drove it, and when they started driving it they drove it hard. Ingles' is almost 30 and I swear he's only been around the league for like 3 years.
