I don't even think its necessarily two way players but guys that can play multiple positions and switch from 2s onto small ball 4s without huge difficulty.

 

Basically if a guy is 6'7 with a solid wingspan he's fine. Doesn't need to necessarily be a good defender.

 

Not necessarily but every interview, interchangeable 2-4, defends, and stretches the floor.

 

At some point, we're going to have to move away from Payton because I don't believe he'll ever be the answer.
