2016-2017 Trade Idea Thread

Maybe I'm alone on this but Fournier is a much better SF than SG

Last year he was better at the SF spot.

If Portland does decide to give up CJ, that would be awesome. I just don't think they will.

So are thinking of a starting five like this?

Vucevic

Gordon

Fournier

Lavine

Payton

This does not makes us better nor I see much of an inprovement in the defensive end. Lavine is a poor defender and doesnt bring much to the offense either. He is just another AG with less defensive skills.

Well analyzed doc. Both are fun to play with in 2K games, but to pair up AG and Lavine in real life is way to dangerous on the defense end. Not to talk about the not existing shooting touch.

no, he is because his first step lets him blow by many SFs and get to the rim.

The problem is he's worse at defending SFs than SGs. At SG you can hide him most of the time on a sub-par player. There are only so many good shooting guards out there that scare me.

I think you'd have to start Biyombo in that lineup
