The Knicks were 17-65. Once in a decade players translate to wins. At least to me they do.

Follow a team but don't follow team concept?

Knicks were horrible and Porzingis was the lone bright spot. He's only 21 btw. If he stays relatively injury free, he'll be an all star.

Also, I misused the term once in an decade. Too early for that but I think he's going to be really good and an multiple all star player.

not really news but someone's gonna ask about it

The Magic have exercised their 2017-18 team options on Aaron Gordon, Mario Hezonja and Elfrid Payton.

The Magic also have a team option on C.J. Wilcox for the 2017-18 season. So far, the team has not exercised that option. Deadline: Oct. 31.

So what happened to Watson? He had a really good game and then we never see him the rest of the preseason. Did he get hurt?

he played in 4 games then he had a rest game and the last game was a normal rotation which he's not a part of.

FYI...rules for making waiver claims. We can only claim a minimum salary player since we are over the cap and don't have a TPE to claim Goodwin.

Waiver claims aren’t particularly common in the NBA. During the 2015/16 league year, for instance, only seven players were claimed off waivers. However, October is one time when things are a little more active on waivers, as teams cut camp invitees from their rosters and other clubs have a chance to snatch up a potentially appealing contract without having to negotiate with the player. Three of 2015/16’s seven waiver claims occurred in October, and this year we’ve already seen one played claimed, as the Pistons nabbed Beno Udrih after he was cut by the Heat.

Not every team can claim any waived player. In fact, there are only a few instances when teams can claim a player who is earning more than the minimum salary. A club must either have enough cap room to accommodate the player’s salary, or a trade exception (or disabled player exception) large enough to fit the player’s salary.
