The Official 2015-2016 Regular Season Thread

Mike Brown and Avery Johnson don't have jobs and they've been to the playoff plenty of times, let's call them up.

Derp.

Skiles' is an awful communicator and his defensive schemes don't work in today's NBA where every decent team shoots a ton of threes. Hornacek almost won COTY his first season in PHX but their awful front office dealt him a bad hand and was he was scapegoated for their recent mess.

Avery Johnson has a job...

Aaron Gordon has a fine skill set to play the four. What have you been watching?

Okay. I have nothing to gain by being right on this one, I hope he develops into a well rounded front court player, it would be better for us. We have the same hopes about his development, but I have my reasons for feeling the way I do about his game right now.

I'm just saying the only thing holding him back from becoming draymond green is physical maturity.

In addition to physical maturity, the other things holding him back would be: mental maturity, better offensive efficiency from 2pt range, actual offensive go-to moves, a much improved 3 point shot, more consistent rebounding, better interior defense, more steals, and more blocks...most importantly all of these things while being an actual point of focus for the other teams. But, I get what you're saying, he just has a lot to work on to get there. There is a skill aspect that needs work, not just 'maturity'.

Yeah. I guess I overlook that because I figure that's a given
